Job Description:
As part of our strategic market expansion across the DACH region, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Account Manager to join our team in Munich. This role will focus on accelerating the growth of NetSfere Enterprise services directly as well as indirectly via sales partners.
We are looking for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset who are passionate about mobile technology and ready to be a key contributor to our growth story. The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of sales experience selling cloud based solutions to enterprise and/or public sector customers. This individual will execute a sales strategy within the region and drive revenue growth by winning and developing new customers as well as resellers. Developing the already successful partnership with Deutsche Telekom and T-Systems is an essential part of the strategy.
Role Overview:
- Provide technical sales support and act as a technical contact for Infinite Convergence products/solutions to our European customers.
- Manage existing key Accounts both technically and commercially.
- Manage the implementations for new customers for complex projects.
- Develop and propose technical solutions together with the sales managers and customers.
- Conduct solutions workshops or training with potential or existing customers.
- Articulate Infinite Convergence’s product features and differentiated offerings to audiences ranging from CxOs to Engineers.
- Work closely with Product Management to understand and help develop Infinite Convergence’s product roadmap based on customer use case requirements.
- Provide technical updates to regional Sales Teams to keep members up-to-date with the latest developments in Infinite Convergence’s products specifically and the mobile messaging market.
- Assist Marketing with competitive analyses, trade shows, case studies, creating demo scripts, demo videos and white papers.
Qualifications & Experience:
- At least 2 years customer facing engineer experience in the ICT industry.
- Business fluent in English, German. Other languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Europe and once a year to our HQ in Chicago.
- A proactive and can-do attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- We are looking for a teamplayer who likes to work in a small team.
