Job Description:
As part of our strategic expansion across the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team in Singapore. This role will focus on accelerating the growth of NetSfere and our SMS-based omnichannel solutions in the enterprise mobility space.

Role Overview:
The Director of Sales will be reporting to SVP, Sales – Asia Pacific & Middle East, and will be responsible for driving new enterprise sales across sectors such as Finance, Healthcare, Government, and Legal, through a mix of direct client engagements and indirect channel partnerships.
This is a pure sales role, requiring a hunter mentality, a strong existing network, and a track record of exceeding sales targets in the enterprise mobile communications space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead enterprise sales initiatives in the Asia Pacific region, with a primary focus on NetSfere and a secondary focus on our SMS-based omnichannel offerings.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities through a combination of personal contacts, company-provided leads, and self-generated prospects.
- Collaborate with cross-regional teams to manage and grow global accounts.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas through both direct enterprise sales and channel partner engagements.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans and provide regular pipeline updates and forecasts via CRM (Salesforce).
- Deliver compelling proof-of-concept engagements and pilot programs to demonstrate the value of our solutions to enterprise customers.
- Represent us at industry events and assist in developing sales and marketing materials, including case studies, competitive analyses, demo scripts, and white papers.
- Effectively communicate the features and advantages of our products to various stakeholders, from C-suite executives to technical teams.
- Work closely with the Product Management team to provide market feedback and contribute to the ongoing development of our product offerings.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of successfully selling mobile messaging solutions such as SMS, Skype for Business, Slack, Wickr, KORE, or TigerText.
- Strong network and relationships within key verticals such as Finance, Healthcare, or Government.
- Deep understanding of mobile messaging and telecom solutions is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with sales operations and contacts in Greater China and the Philippines is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pipeline development to deal closure — working with senior decision-makers.
- Willingness to travel on short notice across the assigned region.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, and mobile applications.
