In her role in Finance and Business Operations, Anne Taylor-Smith is responsible for Infinite Convergence Solution’s overall Financial Operations including FP&A, Corporate Accounting, Reporting, Audit and Tax Functions. In addition, Anne also oversees Human Resources Functions and General Business Operations.

Anne brings over 20 years of specialized experience in Accounting and Finance with a track record of leading cross-department teams to develop and implement financial and operations controls and processes, which achieve financial objectives, as well as efficiency and productivity improvements, while ensuring compliance with accounting, governmental and other regulations. Prior to Infinite, Anne was Controller at American Capital, where she supported all financial aspects of implementing the company’s global strategy and led a cost awareness drive to improve overall liquidity of American Capital in operations and capital structuring. Prior to this, Anne served in roles of increasing responsibility at Organon, a Division of Akzo Nobel, including Assistant Controller, and Senior Manager Financial Planning and Analysis. At Organon, she also supported profitability expansion initiatives. Anne also held key financial management positions at Epix Medicaland ZEFER overseeing the finance functions for large business groups.

Anne holds a Bachelor of Business and Economics degree from Hamilton College. Anne is a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey and Maryland and is a member of the American Institute of Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Public Accountants.
