EMS’s new capabilities available to Enterprises now include the following. All the new and existing features are available to customers and partners via a robust set of APIs, accelerating service time to market.

  • Text-to-Speech: Powered by EMS’s A2P (Application to Person) messaging platform, Text-to-Speech enables enterprises to convert text to a voice message and deliver the message to mobile and landline numbers globally with an extremely high delivery success rate. There is also the option to customize voice messages, pre-record a message, leave voice mail messages and even adapt to regional preferences with support for multiple different languages.
  • Two-Factor Authentication: SMS and voice-powered Two-Factor Authentication allows enterprises to strengthen current security strategies and protect business or customer critical data with a second layer of protection.
  • One Time Passcode: Enterprises can deliver one time passcodes to users on any number via SMS or voice message that ensures and extremely high delivery success rate.
  • Content Management System (CMS): Functioning as an easy-to-use system for creating, editing and managing customized messaging content, CMS allows organizations to provide a custom, personalized experience for a global audience. Enterprises can define custom templates and deliver personalized messages in various languages and time zones.
